Kejriwal to meet Mamata, discuss Centre's ordinance on administrative services

Kejriwal will be accompanied by Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. The BJP in retaliation said that “handcuffs are getting close” to Kejriwal, accusing him of being the “kingpin” of the alleged excise scam.
